  • MARVI Emulsifier1 tablespoon
  • Orange juice1/4 cup
  1. Put the coconut milk to freeze in very small shapes or let it freeze well, but don't freeze if you don't have small shapes
  2. After the frozen coconut milk, put it in a battery along with the orange juice (it will neutralize delicious coconut milk)
  3. Add the above and the emulsifier and beat with the paddle spatula, otherwise the mixer paddle will break
  4. Let it beat for about 30 minutes, which is enough to mix all the ingredients well and give the whipped cream point.
  5. This recipe doesn't last many hours outside the glacier.
  6. This amount is enough to cover 2 cakes like the photo
