  • 1 cup of oats1 cup
  • 2 cups of warm water2 cup
  • 1 tsp of olive oil1 to taste
  • 1/2 chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
  • 4 cloves of garlic4 unit(s)
  • 300 g of chopped pupunha heart of palm300 g
  • 100 g sliced champignon mushrooms100 g
  • 1 cup tomato sauce1 cup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard2 tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup parsley1/2 cup
  • Fresh thyme to taste1 to taste
  • fresh rosemary to taste1 to taste
  • 1/2 cup of water1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste1 to taste
  • black pepper to taste1 to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with the warm water.
  2. Let soak for 30 minutes
  3. Then hit the blender and reserve
  4. In a skillet, heat 1 tsp of oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  5. Add the hearts of palm, mushrooms, tomato sauce, mustard and reserved oatmeal.
  6. Stir well and add the parsley, thyme and fresh rosemary.
  7. Add water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
