  • Boiling water1 to taste
  • Vinegar1 to taste
  • Tomato1 to taste
  • Onion1 to taste
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Pepper1 to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Tomato sauce100 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Separate the amount of soy protein you want to prepare in a container
  2. In the same container with the soy, add boiling water and vinegar until the protein is covered. After almost minutes, drain the water.
  3. Cut the onion, garlic and pepper into small pieces.
  4. In a skillet add the oil, brown the onion and garlic. Add the pepper, the already hydrated soy protein and the tomato sauce. Adjust salt if necessary.
