  • Vegan fermented chestnut cheese1 cup
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • White raisins1 tablespoon
  • Water if needed to beat to taste
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Drops of lemon or vinegar if you need to acidify to taste
  1. Blend all ingredients in a mixer or blender.
  2. Use as a filling for pasta, pizza, sauce or even pate for toast.
  3. You can add rosemary, nutmeg, olives and oregano to taste.
  4. You can add walnuts or almonds to add more and soften the flavor if it is too salty or too acidic.
