- Chestnut flour1/2 cup
- Xylitol to taste
- Pear Puree3/4 cup
- plant milk1 cup
- Pear, halved with center removed3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet ones. Then, in the mold you are going to use: place the pear halves upside down first and pour the cake mix on top
- Bake at 180C for about 45 minutes, let it cool before unmoulding, turning the cake with the help of a plate.
