Ingredients

• Whole wheat flour | 1 cup
• Carob Flour | 1/2 cup
• Cocoa powder | 1/4 cup
• Chestnut flour | 1/2 cup
• Xylitol |  to taste
• Pear Puree | 3/4 cup
• plant milk | 1 cup
• Pear, halved with center removed | 3 unit(s)
• Baking powder | 1 teaspoon

Recipe

1. Mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet ones. Then, in the mold you are going to use: place the pear halves upside down first and pour the cake mix on top
2. Bake at 180C for about 45 minutes, let it cool before unmoulding, turning the cake with the help of a plate.
