- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
- Water100 ml
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Blend the cooked cassava, coconut oil, sunflower oil and salt in a blender, adding the water little by little, as the amount will depend on the moisture in the cassava.
- When it forms a thick and whitish cream, pour it into a bowl with a lid and leave it in the fridge until it hardens (overnight is great).
