  • Chuchu in cubes1 unit(s)
  • Diced Potatoes1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Onion cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Tomato cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Chopped coriander1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Saffron1 tablespoon
  • Palm oil2 tablespoon
  • Large lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Sauce: tomato1 unit(s)
  • Sauce: Onion1 unit(s)
  • Sauce: water100 ml
  • Sauce: coriander1 to taste
  1. Blend the tomato, onion, cilantro and water in a blender.
  2. In a pan, add the broccoli, carrots, chayote, potato, cauliflower and add the rest of the ingredients, including the beaten sauce, on high heat for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. During cooking, add small doses of water and coconut milk to check the consistency, turn it off and you can serve.
