  • Alcafaba1 cup
  • Oil600 ml
  • Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. The alfalfa needs to be very cold. Pour the liquid into a blender or mixer
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and garlic. Beat for two minutes and then add the oil until it reaches the consistency of mayonnaise.
  3. I used around 600 ml, it could be more or less.
  4. Serve immediately. If you put it in the fridge for a few hours, the consistency will be greater.
