- Cooked rice without seasoning1 cup
- Coconut Milk1/2 cup
- grated coconut50 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Clove stops decorating to taste
- Grated coconut to roll the sweets100 g
- Forminhas50 unit(s)
- Cook the rice with 2 cups of water without any seasoning
- Add the coconut milk, cooked rice and grated coconut to the blender.
- Whisk until everything is well mixed. Transfer to a platter, cover and place in the fridge until chilled.
- Just make the balls, if you prefer, use oil or coconut oil, pass the grated coconut and if you want, decorate with cloves
