- Wheat flour280 g
- Cornmeal300 g
- Sugar200 g
- Coconut oil180 g
- coconut milk145 g
- Fennel to taste
- Guava smudge to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Weigh and mix all the dry ingredients, then add the oil and coconut milk, and mix everything by hand (not for kneading - just mix well, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous) at first it seems that there is a lack of liquid , but slowly it will mix and become smooth).
- Divide the dough into 60g balls after the balls, I flattened them, and in the middle I put guava cubes before baking.
- Brush with coconut milk and bake at 160•C for approx 25min.
