  • Cornmeal300 g
  • Sugar200 g
  • Coconut oil180 g
  • coconut milk145 g
  • Fennel to taste
  • Guava smudge to taste
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Weigh and mix all the dry ingredients, then add the oil and coconut milk, and mix everything by hand (not for kneading - just mix well, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous) at first it seems that there is a lack of liquid , but slowly it will mix and become smooth).
  2. Divide the dough into 60g balls after the balls, I flattened them, and in the middle I put guava cubes before baking.
  3. Brush with coconut milk and bake at 160•C for approx 25min.
