Ingredients
- 70% vegan chocolate | 150 g
- Peanut Butter | 60 g
- Water | 4 tablespoon
- Chickpea cooking water | 1 cup
- Sugar | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, stir well. Repeat the operation until all the chocolate has melted.
- Microwave the peanut butter with 4 tablespoons of water for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well. Repeat the operation until it turns into a creamy paste.
- With the water from the cooking of the chickpeas already cold. Put on a battery for 5 minutes. Until it turns into a thick foam. Remove the foam with a spoon. Reserve
- Mix all the ingredients gently and put in the fridge for two hours.
