  • 70% vegan chocolate150 g
  • Peanut Butter60 g
  • Water4 tablespoon
  • Chickpea cooking water1 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  1. Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, stir well. Repeat the operation until all the chocolate has melted.
  2. Microwave the peanut butter with 4 tablespoons of water for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well. Repeat the operation until it turns into a creamy paste.
  3. With the water from the cooking of the chickpeas already cold. Put on a battery for 5 minutes. Until it turns into a thick foam. Remove the foam with a spoon. Reserve
  4. Mix all the ingredients gently and put in the fridge for two hours.
