Ingredients: 280 g Wheat Flour; 60 g Cocoa Powder; 100 g Demerara sugar; 50 g Brown Sugar; 80 ml Sunflower oil; 280 ml Vegetable milk; 10 ml Apple Cider Vinegar; 10 g Flaxseed powder; 5 g Baking soda; 1 pint Salt; 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Wheat Flour280 g
Cocoa Powder60 g
Demerara sugar100 g
Brown Sugar50 g
Sunflower oil80 ml
Vegetable milk280 ml
Apple Cider Vinegar10 ml
Flaxseed powder10 g
Baking soda5 g
Salt1 pint
Baking Powder1 teaspoon

Pre heat the oven to 180°
Add the liquids to the flaxseed and half the sugar, mix well and set aside
Sift the dry ingredients with the exception of the yeast
Mix the dry with the wet stirring gently with the aid of a fouet or spatula
Grease a mold to receive the dough
Add the yeast, stir well and transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
Now just wait!
I like to serve this cake with a chocolate ganache but that's a conversation for another day ;)
