- Recipe
- Wheat Flour280 g
- Cocoa Powder60 g
- Demerara sugar100 g
- Brown Sugar50 g
- Sunflower oil80 ml
- Vegetable milk280 ml
- Apple Cider Vinegar10 ml
- Flaxseed powder10 g
- Baking soda5 g
- Salt1 pint
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Pre heat the oven to 180°
- Add the liquids to the flaxseed and half the sugar, mix well and set aside
- Sift the dry ingredients with the exception of the yeast
- Mix the dry with the wet stirring gently with the aid of a fouet or spatula
- Grease a mold to receive the dough
- Add the yeast, stir well and transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
- Now just wait!
- I like to serve this cake with a chocolate ganache but that's a conversation for another day ;)
