Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sweet flour | 2 cup
  • 1 cup sour flour | 1 cup
  • 1/3 cup oil | 1/3 cup
  • 2 cups mashed parsley potatoes (mashed type) | 2 cup
  • 1 cup of hot water | 1 cup
  • Salt to taste |  to taste
  • seasonings to taste (dried parsley, fine herbs, dehydrated garlic, sesame, flaxseed) |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the parsley potato already peeled in boiling water.
  2. Reserve the water used after boiling.
  3. Mash the potatoes until the consistency of a puree
  4. In a serving dish, add the sour sprinkle, sweet sprinkle, oil, salt and hot water from boiling the potatoes.
  5. Mix well, using your own hands, until it becomes a uniform mass.
  6. Add the seasonings you prefer.
  7. You can separate the dough into pieces and add different seasonings to each piece.
  8. Make balls, preferably small, and place on a non-stick baking sheet with space between one ball and another, as it almost doubles in size.
  9. In a preheated oven at 180°C, place your vegan cheese breads for approximately 20 minutes, or as needed.
