- sugar1/4 cup
- vegan butter or coconut oil75 g
- guava to taste
- vanilla extract1 coffee spoon
- Mix all the ingredients with your hands, if it is too soft, leave it in the fridge for 10-15 min.
- Shape the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Press the center of the balls with your thumb and fill with guava paste cut into cubes.
- Bake at 180°C preheated for approximately 25-30min, until the bottom of the biscuit is golden brown.
