  • Soy Protein1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Chopped green parsley to taste
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  1. I started by soaking the soybeans in warm water for 20 minutes, after which time I drained the water and squeezed the soy protein until it was dry.
  2. In a frying pan I sauteed the garlic and onion in olive oil, added the soy and all the seasonings, sautéed well, turned off the heat.
  3. I passed half of the soy in the processor and added it to the other part, added the breadcrumbs and the green smell, mixed well, added a little olive oil.
  4. I made the burgers and took them to the freezer for 10 minutes, added olive oil to the pan and fried the burgers.
  5. Served with rice, french fries and lettuce
