- Smoked Tofu100 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley1 unit(s)
- Olive oil5 tablespoon
- Cassava flour - biju2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chop the smoked tofu into small cubes, the onion into thin slices (half moon), and the very small parsley. Book all ingredients separately.
- In a large skillet, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the smoked tofu cubes until they are golden brown and crispy. Reserve.
- In the same skillet, add the rest of the oil, and sauté the onion until golden.
- Add the cassava flour and salt and, over low heat, let it brown until it becomes crispy, stirring constantly so as not to burn the bottom.
- When the farofa is very crispy, turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley and black pepper.
