- Parsley1 g
- Put the polenta on the fire: dissolve it in the water and bring it to a boil. (little water)
- In another pan put chopped onion, garlic and tomato. Sauté and add the soy meat and add a little water and let it cook. Put a tomato cut into cubes and turn it off.
- Finish with parsley and olive oil.
- Assemble the dish with the polenta underneath and the meat on top or to your liking.
