  • Olive oil1 g

  1. Put the polenta on the fire: dissolve it in the water and bring it to a boil. (little water)
  2. In another pan put chopped onion, garlic and tomato. Sauté and add the soy meat and add a little water and let it cook. Put a tomato cut into cubes and turn it off.
  3. Finish with parsley and olive oil.
  4. Assemble the dish with the polenta underneath and the meat on top or to your liking.
