Ingredients
- Smoked Tofu | 350 g
- plant milk | 80 ml
- Water | 50 ml
- Wheat flour | 50 g
- Paprika | 1 teaspoon
- Salt | to taste
- Panko flour | 150 g
- Oil for frying | to taste
- Pepper | to taste
Recipe
- Cut the tofu piece into three equal pieces.
- Mix the milk, water, wheat flour, paprika and salt and pepper.
- Dip the tofu in this mixture and then in the panko flour.
- Deep-fry until golden.
