  • Parsley stalks100 g
  • Cabbage stalks100 g
  • Spinach stalks100 g
  • Olive10 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil30 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Seasonings1 to taste
  1. Chop all the stalks
  2. In a pan add the oil, onion and let it brown.
  3. Add the stalks, the seasonings of your preference and sauté
  4. Gradually add the flour,
  5. Add the olives and chopped tomatoes
  6. Mix everything in the pan
  7. Then place in a bowl and serve.
