  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Baking powder1 dessert spoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tofu200 g
  • Spinach500 g
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • Water1 cup
  1. Mix the flour, yeast, salt, oregano, oil in a bowl and add water until it forms a soft dough (not so liquid)
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tsp of oil.
  3. Place a ladle of the mixture and spread in the frying pan to brown on both sides, reserve the ready-made dough discs.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, brown the onion and chopped garlic in 1 strand of oil, then add the washed and chopped spinach, let it wilt and when it dries, add the crushed tofu, season to taste and set aside.
  5. Assemble the pancakes in a refractory cover with your favorite sauce.
