- Recipe
- Soybean chunks (hydrated) to taste
- Coconut milk (natural)300 ml
- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Dry seasonings (salt, garlic, cumin etc) to taste
- Smoked paprika (that's the secret, and you already know it!) to taste
- Wheat flour (or flour of your choice)2 tablespoon
- Saffron (optional, for orange tone)2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil (soybean, corn, coconut etc)100 ml
- With the soy in pieces already hydrated, add the dry seasonings, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- While the soy "takes taste", in a pan, pour the vegetable oil and turmeric!
- With the soybeans already seasoned, add to the pan and mix.
- This process, together with the oil, will make the soybeans golden. When the soy is at that point, add the tomato sauce!
- Then the coconut milk, and stir. With the ingredients involved, add the two tablespoons of the chosen flour!
- When you get a HOMOGENEOUS texture, between cooking and flouring. The point is right!
- Enjoy! It's delicious with the shredded vegetable cheese. đ§Ą
