  • Medium carrots2 unit(s)
  • English Potato3 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Soak the soy protein in water 30 min before preparation
  2. Cooking the carrots and potatoes cut into small pieces
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the soy protein, extract, bay leaf, seasonings (I use black pepper, cumin, turmeric, parsley and hot paprika), salt.
  4. Let it sauté a little, add the cooked vegetables and to finish just put the green smell
