- Textured soy protein200 g
- Large Potato, Diced1 unit(s)
- Large diced carrots1 unit(s)
- Green olives100 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- I started by covering all the soy protein with warm water and letting it soak for 10min.
- I drained all the water and squeezed the soy to remove any excess liquid. In a pan, I sautéed the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil, added the chopped tomato, soy and carrot and seasonings, added hot water to cover, covered the pan and cooked for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes I added the potato and let it cook for another 10 minutes. I like soy without broth so I leave it very dry, I finished with parsley and olives.
