Ingredients

  • Textured soy protein | 200 g
  • Large Potato, Diced | 1 unit(s)
  • Large diced carrots | 1 unit(s)
  • Green olives | 100 g
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • Smoked paprika |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Green Smell |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Minced garlic | 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. I started by covering all the soy protein with warm water and letting it soak for 10min.
  2. I drained all the water and squeezed the soy to remove any excess liquid. In a pan, I sautéed the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil, added the chopped tomato, soy and carrot and seasonings, added hot water to cover, covered the pan and cooked for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes I added the potato and let it cook for another 10 minutes. I like soy without broth so I leave it very dry, I finished with parsley and olives.
