- Salt to taste
- Remove the skin from the yams, slice it and cook it until it is very soft.
- Discard the water, wait to cool and put them in a blender or food processor.
- Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes and discard the water.
- Add the chestnuts with the yam and the other ingredients and beat everything until smooth.
