  • Chuchu | 5 unit(s)
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour | 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese | 1 cup


  1. Cut the chayote into pieces and cook with salt.
  2. Once cooked, remove the water and knead. In a bowl add the crushed chayote, 3 eggs, the margarine, the wheat, the Parmesan cheese and the milk, mix everything well.
  3. When you're done mixing everything, put it in a greased shape, and bake in a preheated oven for 20 min.
