  • Shimeji | 600 g
  • Onion in strips (Juliene) | 100 g
  • Garlic | 10 g
  • Chives | 100 g
  • Soybean oil | 50 g
  • Shoyu | 100 g


  1. Tear the mushrooms by highlighting them.
  2. Cut the onion and mince the garlic!
  3. Place the skillet on the fire, heat and add the oil, onion and garlic and let it brown.
  4. Add the mushrooms and let it sauté until it checks a little, add the soy sauce and leave for another 3 minutes. Taste and see if it's soft.
  5. Cut the chives into slices and mix. Don't skimp on chives, they will enhance the flavor. If necessary, add a pinch of salt.
