- Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Scented pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Olive oil or margarine to taste
- Cut the cabbage into thin slices, grate the carrot and chop the onion, tomato, pepper and chili pepper into coarse pieces. Chop the green smell
- In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil (or two tablespoons of margarine) until translucent, add the garlic and cabbage and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the carrot, tomato, pepper, chili pepper and the green smell mix everything. Season with salt and pepper
- Mix everything and sauté until soft. is ready to serve
