- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cut the washed potatoes into 4 parts, season with lemon, olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste. Crush the garlic and spread it over the potatoes and sprinkle with the oregano.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes. Then fry in oil, air fry or bake in the oven. Suggestion: eat with my garlic sauce, there's a recipe here on the APP.
