- Pumpkin cut into large cubes6 cup
- Olive oil2 dessert spoon
- Dried Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a refractory platter mix all the ingredients well until it's homogeneous.
- Spread out the pumpkin pieces so they don't overlap and place in a preheated oven at 220ºC to bake for about 20 minutes or until they are soft and golden.
