- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Shimeji100 g
- Paprika1 to taste
- Salt and Oil to taste
- Water4 cup
- In a pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, two crushed garlic cloves and half the onion cut into cubes. Braise a little and put the rice to braise.
- Add the water and salt, mix and let it cook. In another pan, place a drizzle of olive oil, the other two crushed garlic cloves and the rest of the diced onions, sauté.
- Add the shimeji and brown a little. When the rice is half full of water, put the shimeji and mix and let the water dry.
