  • Shimeji100 g
  • Paprika1 to taste
  • Salt and Oil to taste
  • Water4 cup
  1. In a pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, two crushed garlic cloves and half the onion cut into cubes. Braise a little and put the rice to braise.
  2. Add the water and salt, mix and let it cook. In another pan, place a drizzle of olive oil, the other two crushed garlic cloves and the rest of the diced onions, sauté.
  3. Add the shimeji and brown a little. When the rice is half full of water, put the shimeji and mix and let the water dry.
