Ingredients
- White Quinoa Grains | 1/2 cup
- grated carrot | 1/2 cup
- Fresh peas | 1/3 cup
- Chopped Cauliflower | 1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion | 2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic | 1 teaspoon
- Chopped leek | 1/4 cup
- Bay leaf | 1 unit(s)
- Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
- Sea salt | to taste
- Sweet paprika | 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper | to taste
Recipe
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic, onion and leek.
- Add the paprika, quinoa, bay leaf, salt and mix.
- Add 200ml of hot water and cook the quinoa until al dente.
- Add the grated carrot and cauliflower, adjust the salt. Add more hot water if needed.
- When the vegetables are al dente, finish with the peas.
