  • White Quinoa Grains | 1/2 cup
  • grated carrot | 1/2 cup
  • Fresh peas | 1/3 cup
  • Chopped Cauliflower | 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion | 2 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic | 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped leek | 1/4 cup
  • Bay leaf | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt |  to taste
  • Sweet paprika | 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper |  to taste


  1. In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic, onion and leek.
  2. Add the paprika, quinoa, bay leaf, salt and mix.
  3. Add 200ml of hot water and cook the quinoa until al dente.
  4. Add the grated carrot and cauliflower, adjust the salt. Add more hot water if needed.
  5. When the vegetables are al dente, finish with the peas.
