- Diced Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Chuchu2 unit(s)
- Carrot slices1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cut the vegetables, wash and set aside
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Add the regimens and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add water to cover the vegetables but do not overdo it.
- Adjust the salt to your taste and let it dry over medium heat.
