  • Cooked chickpeas (can be canned)1 cup
  • Wholemeal peanut butter1 cup
  • Oat flakes1/2 cup
  • Cane molasses1 tablespoon
  • Isolated pea or soy protein (cocoa, coffee, caramel, dulce de leche or similar flavor)20 g
  • Cocoa powder1 dessert spoon
  • Water3 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt (if not canned chickpeas)1 to taste
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, in a moldable consistency. Shape 16 balls and roll into whatever you want: cocoa powder, or grated coconut, or cinnamon, etc. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. It can freeze.
