Ingredients

• Ripe dwarf banana | 2 unit(s)
• Rice flour | 4 tablespoon
• Grated natural coconut | 1 cup
• 100% cocoa powder | 1 tablespoon
• Pecans |  to taste

Recipe

1. Peel the bananas and mash well with a fork until creamy.
2. Mix the banana cream with the rice flour, coconut and cocoa powder
3. Put your hands in the dough and stir until you get the point that you can make balls, if necessary add more coconut or rice flour
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or with coconut and cocoa butter.
5. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
6. Place the cookie balls in the shape and flatten a little to cookie shape, put the nuts on top.
