- Boiled and mashed potato3 cup
- Rice or wheat flour1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cut the potatoes and cook, mash and let them cool.
- After the cold potato, add the flour and salt, mix very well to form a uniform dough.
- Shape the buns and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 30 minutes.
