- Tomato sauce300 g
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion.
- Add chopped tomatoes and oregano. Let it cook until the tomato starts to soften.
- Add the tomato sauce.
- When the sauce boils, add the eggs, 1 at a time, 1 next to each other. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Cover the skillet and let the eggs cook for about 10 minutes. Keep adding a little water, if necessary.
- If you prefer hard yolk, stick the yolks!
