  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and oregano. Let it cook until the tomato starts to soften.
  3. Add the tomato sauce.
  4. When the sauce boils, add the eggs, 1 at a time, 1 next to each other. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. Cover the skillet and let the eggs cook for about 10 minutes. Keep adding a little water, if necessary.
  6. If you prefer hard yolk, stick the yolks!
  7. Keep an eye out so you don't miss the point you prefer from the gem.
