- Wash the potatoes and cook with salt and bay leaves. When they are soft, drain the potatoes and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, place the potatoes and seasonings. Gradually add oil until the potatoes are completely covered. Finally, add vinegar little by little until you have the desired acidity. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving!
