- Recipe
- Baked Potato with skin500 g
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Saffron2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika2 teaspoon
- Cut the boiled potatoes into medium pieces
- In a bowl place the potato slices and season with olive oil, salt, saffron and smoked paprika
- Mix with your hands until all slices are seasoned.
- Preheat your Airfryer to 200 degrees for about 5 minutes
- Lower the Airfryer temperature to 180 degrees
- Carefully place the seasoned potato slices in the Airfryer
- Bake for 15 minutes and turn over
- Bake for another 15 minutes and check if it's already crispy and golden.
- If it's crispy and golden, turn it off and that's it 😋
- Serve then 😋🎄
- Great option for Christmas Eve 🎄😊
