Blend the walnuts with the brown sugar in a food processor until you get a very fine crumb.
Add the coconut oil, water, lecithin and salt and process for another 1 minute.
Finally, add the flour and bicarbonate of soda and process just until combined.
Put the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Form 30g to 40g balls and place on a tray lined with aluminum foil.
Slightly flatten the balls and add the chocolate chips to decorate. You can add pieces of walnuts as well.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Unmold and let cool on a wire rack.
