  • Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
  • Cloves4 unit(s)
  1. Peel the pears and keep the stem
  2. Bring the wine and sugar to a boil
  3. As soon as it boils, accommodate the fruits, which need to be covered by the wine, cinnamon, cloves and partially cover
  4. Boil until the fruits are soft
  5. Remove from pan and place in a bowl
  6. Cook the syrup a little longer until it thickens more.
  7. Drizzle the fruit with this broth
  8. Wait for it to cool down and put it in the fridge
  9. serve ice cream
