  • Pappardelle500 g
  • Spinach leaves2 cup
  • Dried tomatoes10 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, saute the garlic in olive oil
  3. Add the spinach and saute 1 minute, stirring
  4. Turn off the heat and add the dried tomatoes.
  5. Drain the pasta
  6. Return to the pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. mix the spinach
  8. Finish with black pepper
