- Chia2 tablespoon
- Almond milk (or regular milk!)1 cup
- Fruits and honey to taste
- Mix the oatmeal, chia and milk. Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Serve with fruit and honey, you can also use granola, peanut butter, whey, whatever you want!
