Primeira vez que fiz dessa forma a couve-flor e fiquei muito surpreso com o resultado, ficou muito boa.

Cortei uma fatia da grossura de um dedo, coloquei sal, pimenta do reino e um fio de azeite de oliva.

Levei ao forno elétrico com o grill ligado por 20 minutos.

Fica ao dente e bem gostosa.
