Orange cupcake with blueberries

- wheat flour | 2 cup
- sugar | 3/4 cup
- vegetable oil | 1/3 cup
- zest of 1 orange | to taste
- plant milk | 3/4 cup
- orange juice | 1/2 cup
- yeast | 2.1/2 teaspoon
- vanilla extract | 1 dessert spoon
- fresh or frozen blueberries | 1 cup
- mix the dry and a pot and reserve.
mix the liquids in another pot and add the dry ones little by little and stir to incorporate.
add the blueberries and yeast, mix to obtain a homogeneous mass and transfer the mass to greased mini molds and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
