  • Moroccan Couscous1 cup
  • Boiling water1 cup
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped red onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • Raisins3 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Smoked Tofu, chopped into small cubes60 g
  • Chopped Chili Pepper4 tablespoon
  • Flaked Almonds3 tablespoon
  • Chopped green smell2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a container, place the couscous and add the boiling water. Mix. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for about 5 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed and the couscous is tender. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve next.
